One of the famous winemakers in Georgia Gogi Dakishvili represent for us perfect Kisi from Qvevri. Amber / orange color with aromas of apricots, almonds, honey and pears. Very thin level of tannin. Medium acidity, high intensity of flavors and long aftertaste. Full-bodied wine with a pleasant aroma of dried apricots and sweet spices.
1984, Giorgi Solomnishvili. Georgia | Red | Dry | 2017 | 0.75 L
Made by a unique technology, which is a synthesis of traditional Kakhetian and classical European technologies. The wine was fermented in Qvevri, and then aged in French oak barrels. The color is dark ruby, the aroma of ripe blackberries and prunes, sweet tobacco, gently growing into the aroma of spicy spices (pepper grains), rough tannins. Smoothly passing soft tones of oak and long aftertaste.
Chinebuli, DoReMi. Georgia | White | Dry | 2016 | 0.75 L
DoReMi Chinebuli is one of the most famous blends in Georgia, consisting of the Chinuri grape varieties (65%) and Goruli Mtsvane (35%). Fermentation takes place in Qvevri, which gives the wine a rich amber color. The aroma is dominated by a delicate bouquet of dried figs and apricot seeds, with notes of almonds, kombucha and light creamy inclusions. The taste is pleasant citrus acidity (orange,lemon zest), aftertaste spices, orange flowers.

Khashmi Saperavi is produced in the new 18th Khashmi microzone, which is relatively new, located in the Kakheti region and famous for very authentic Saperavi. This is one of the most full-bodied and dense wines in Georgia. Natural Saperavi from Chateau Khashmi with a sharp aroma of cherries, prunes, dried berries and blueberries, eventually opens the aroma of cigars and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and long aftertaste with notes of truffle and tobacco.
Tsitska Tsolikouri Krakhuna, Baias Wines. Georgia | White | Dry | 2018 | 0.75 L
Dry white wine produced from a blend of grape varieties Tsitska, Tsolikouri, Krakhuna. Blend of three main white grape varieties from Western Georgia. The wine was fermented in Tchuri (Imeretian analogue of Qvevri). Transparent, light color with Golden shades and a range of colors of autumn foliage. Pronounced aroma of dried fruits, dried apricots, dried apples. Light citrus tones of apricot, quince, green melon. Light tannins structure the randomness of the wine. Mineralization balancing acidity, turning into a rounded aftertaste.
